Ingredients
- 1 Gala, Fuji, or other sweet apple, cored, seeded, and cut into chunks
- 1⁄2 cup (120 ml) plain or vanilla yogurt (vegan yogurt works too)
- 2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
- 4 raw walnut halves
- 1 dried date, pitted
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup (60 ml) milk of choice
- 1⁄4 cup ice

- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
