Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup (74 g) fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1⁄2 fresh or frozen banana, peeled
  • 1⁄2 cup (120 ml) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1⁄4 cup (20 g) old-fashioned oats
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1⁄2 cup (120 ml) milk of choice

Directions
