Ingredients

  • 1 cup (150 g) watermelon chunks, seeds removed
  • 1⁄4 cup (37 g) frozen strawberries
  • 1⁄4 cup (33 g) frozen cauliflower florets
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1⁄2 cup (120 ml) coconut water, herbal iced tea, or milk of choice

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
