Goodnight, Irene Cocktail

Ingredients

• 4 ounces Islay scotch (such as Laphroaig, Caol Ila, or Ardbeg)
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup
• 4 dashes Angostura bitters
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• An 8-ounce flask

Directions

1. Pour scotch and simple syrup into an 8-ounce flask. Add Angostura bitters, orange bitters, and 2 ounces water, then shake to combine.
