Homemade Yellow Cake Mix

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl or airtight container. To bake into a cake, follow the directions in our Homemade Yellow Cake recipe.
2. Store cake mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month or freeze for up to 3 months.
