Red Hook Criterium

Ingredients

• 1½ ounces Zucca Rabarbaro Amaro
• ½ ounce gin
• 1½ ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
• ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ½ ounce simple syrup
• Soda water
• Garnish: grapefruit twist

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients except the soda water and the garnish in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top off with soda water. Garnish with the grapefruit twist.
