Ingredients

• 1¾ oz. mezcal, such as Don Amado Rústico
• ½ oz. cinnamon syrup (see Note)
• ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
• ¾ oz. fresh fresh carrot juice
• 2 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters
• Pink peppercorn, for rim
• Salt, for rim

Directions

1. Rim coupe glass with ground pink peppercorn and salt. Combine all other ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake until the tin feels cold. Strain into prepared glass.
